Reporting from detikHOT states that Onsu is ready to issue the somasi to Sarwendah regarding the detained documents. Sarwendah's legal counsel has publicly addressed the decision, with metrodaily.jawapos.com reporting the legal reasoning behind her refusal to release the certificates.
The case has also drawn a response from Onsu's representatives after Sarwendah's lawyer raised the possibility of filing a wanprestasi, or breach of contract, claim, according to Kompas.com.
